Hi my name is Akira. I was born in Okayama Prefecture and, due to my parents' work, moved frequently throughout my childhood. By the time I turned 18, I had lived in six different prefectures across Japan including Gifu, Nagoya, Kyoto, Shizuoka, and finally Nagano. Moving so often exposed me to different regions, cultures, and ways of life throughout Japan from a young age. Since turning 18, I have traveled and explored the world independently. I spent four years living in Germany, Poland, and the Netherlands through the Working Holiday program. Later, I lived in Tokyo from 2022 to 2024, followed by a move to Australia for another Working Holiday experience. Afterward, I spent six months traveling around Southeast Asia, and I am now based in Osaka, Japan. In addition, I work online as a Japanese teacher. Helping students understand practical Japanese language and culture in a clear and natural way. And i start to work as tour guide from june 2026 Thanks to all the amazing travelers I’ve met, my guided tours have been on fire with fantastic reviews!
