Hi there!!! 👋 My name is Edgardo Ríos, I’m originally from Mexico, and I’ve been living and working in Tokyo, Japan, for over 10 years. I’m a professional chef with more than 16 years of experience, and my life has taken me to some amazing places. I’ve lived in Mexico, Russia, China, and now Japan — so I’ve had the chance to experience different cultures, meet incredible people, and, of course, eat A LOT! 😄 I can communicate in Spanish, English, Russian, French, and Japanese. Although, these days, my brain sometimes needs a few extra seconds to “reset the language chip” when I switch between them! 😂 I absolutely love food, travel, history, and discovering those little things that make each place unique. I’m always curious to try new flavors, hear new stories, and learn something I didn’t know before. For me, traveling isn’t just about seeing famous places — it’s about experiencing them, tasting them, and sharing the experience with good people.
