Navigating Kyoto can be overwhelming with the crowds, fatigue, and the challenge of deciding where to go and what to see, but having Dean with us made everything so much easier. He took the stress out of planning, guided us smoothly, and explained local customs in a clear and engaging way. What stood out even more was his kindness—he went out of his way to help me with a personal situation that required translation at our hotel, even though we had just met.
