Bibi customized the tour based on my interests, which I really appreciated. She paid attention to the little things I mentioned and wove them into the route so seamlessly. Koenji ended up feeling like the perfect match for me — lively in all the right ways, with its vintage shops, music corners, and cozy cafes, yet calm enough to feel like a small escape from the usual Tokyo rush. It had this lived-in charm that made wandering its streets feel both comforting and exciting at the same time.

Bibi was very friendly, flexible, knowledgable about the area, and easy to talk to. Would recommend and definitely book again in the future.
