Great experience! learnt a lot about Kyoto, and was able to experience a lot of places that’s not usually seen on social media. Maru is very friendly and knows a lot about the city and culture and would recommend booking him if you ever want to go on your own pace and enjoy the scenery.

Maru was the best tour guide we have had while in Japan. He really catered to our wants and needs. He was knowledgeable about the area, showed us the development of Osaka from the late periods of Samurai and Feudal Lords to the modern era. If you need a guide to really show you around and get you familiar with the area he is the one you want to pick.
