Rose was the kindest and most gracious tour guide. Very knowledgeable. Her two university aged kids joined us at our request and provided great color on the city. Thank you Rose - we love Tokyo!

Tour did not seem very organized. Walked up and down the same street many times. Most of the places were closed. I booked this tour weeks prior, even messaging tour leader before the tour and never was it mentioned to change the tour timing due to early morning lot of shops being closed. We started at a cafe and spent one hour there, tour leader didn’t seem in a rush to start the tour. Tour leader didn’t cover their own food cost. Unfortunately would not recommend this tour.

Rose was fantastic! She was very very fun to be around and taught me so much about the city. She was also very personable and we made some new friends along the way. I would highly recommend her for anyone wanting to see the real side of Tokyo!

I had such a great time exploring Asakusa and Ryogoku with Rose. She also helped me with my first ever kimono rental experience, which was completely stress-free thanks to her. From the start, she felt less like a tour guide and more like a friend showing me around her favorite places! She was incredibly warm, easy to talk to, and made the whole experience very comfortable as a solo traveler. Touring with her was honestly one of the highlights of my solo trip.
