Hana was incredibly professional and personable as a tour guide. Her keen knowledge of the area was invaluable in curating the best tour possible and truly gave me a small taste of what local life is like. Her English proficiency is at the native speaker level, which made for a much more interactive tour. She answered all my questions and was accommodating of any small requests I had. I would happily do another tour with Hana the next time I’m in Tokyo.

Hana exceeded expectations! She was very knowledgeable and did a great job at making the tour feel very relaxed and warming. It truly felt like we were taking a stroll with a friend. She was flexible and made adjustments along the way to fit what we wanted. Booking another tour with her for tomorrow! Highly recommend!
