Hi! My name is Kantaro, and I’m a local guide based in Tokyo. I’m currently studying Economics at University while working as a tour guide for international visitors. What I enjoy most about guiding is meeting people from different backgrounds and seeing Japan through their eyes. Every traveler notices something different, and those conversations constantly give me new perspectives. Rather than simply showing famous landmarks, I love introducing guests to the local side of Tokyo—hidden neighborhoods, everyday culture, great food, and places that many tourists would never find on their own. Outside of guiding, I enjoy football, fashion, and hip-hop music, so I’m always happy to share recommendations based on your interests.
