Hi! I'm Mai — Born & Raised in Kichijoji. I love exploring Tokyo on foot, finding little cafés and local shops, and taking the time to enjoy the city along the way. Kichijoji has always been one of my favorite places to wander. I love that you can have a relaxing walk around the park, find a tiny café tucked away on a side street, or come across a local shop you would probably never notice on your own. I'm pretty active and curious by nature, so I’m usually up for walking somewhere new, trying good food, or simply seeing where the day takes us. I also really enjoy chatting with people and hearing their stories. I’ve worked in hospitality for over 10 years in Tokyo and Singapore, so meeting people from different backgrounds has always been a big part of my life. I’d love to share some of my favorite corners of Tokyo with you and make your time here feel a little more local, relaxed, and fun. Let’s walk, explore, eat, and discover Kichijoji together!
