Before the tour, your Local Expert reaches out through the TOMOGO! app to find out what you are after. Your interests, your pace, what kind of Tokyo experience you are looking for. That conversation shapes the day, so by the time you meet, there is already a plan that fits.
On the day, you move through the city on foot with someone who knows it from the inside. The route changes based on how the day unfolds. Most guests spend three to four hours exploring the city.

- This tour does not follow a fixed itinerary. The neighborhood and plan are decided through the pre-tour chat.
- Important Note: If you wish to visit venues with admission fees or dining costs during the tour, the guest is responsible for covering the leader's expenses. Alternatively, the leader will wait outside the venue during that time.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour start.
Cancellations or date changes made up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour start time are permitted and will be fully refunded.
To qualify for a full refund, cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the experience.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable.
Changes requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will not be accepted.
All deadlines are based on the local time of the experience.
