Youssef was very accommodating to our shopping whims and needs! He introduced us to a wonderful local cafe, guided us patiently on our 3 hour tour, and provided extensive lists for shopping, dining and cafe recommendations for us to use for the remainder of our holiday.

Definitely a local who knows the ins and outs of getting around and which places are good. Great conversations and very accommodating. Continues to recommend and support beyond his duties.

A must-do! A great way to kick off a trip to Japan! Youseff was very knowledgeable and friendly and I had a great time eating my way around the market. Go on an empty stomach because i was in a food coma afterward! He gave recommendations for eating and drinking around Shinjuku, which i did and was not disappointed. Can’t recommend enough.
