I’m a freelance writer, translator, and narrator based in Tokyo, where I’ve lived since 2006. I currently translate for NHK World-Japan programs such as Trails to Oishii Tokyo and have also done PR translation for the tourism industry. I’m an avid music lover and play drums in a couple of punk-ish bands. Oh, I currently have a beard. The special thing about Tokyo is that there truly is something for everyone. Just let me know what you like, and I’ll help you find it. I graduated from Temple University Japan in 2009 with a BA in Asian Studies and a minor in Japanese.
