Day 1 - Tokyo: Arrival in Japan
Arrive at the airport and transfer to hotel via private car.
Check-in to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the night in.

Day 2 - Tokyo: Asakusa and Yanesen
Begin your day at Kaminariomon, the iconic Thunder Gate that marks the entrance to Nakamise Street. Stroll along this lively 250-meter shopping street, lined with traditional stalls offering handmade souvenirs, local snacks, and sweet treats. The bustling path leads to Sensoji Temple, Tokyo’s oldest and most significant Buddhist temple, where you can admire the majestic main hall and five-story pagoda.
After exploring the temple grounds, take a scenic walk along the Sumida River, enjoying views of the red Azumabashi Bridge, the striking Asahi Beer Building, and the towering Tokyo Skytree, Japan’s tallest structure.
Next, head to Ueno Park, a sprawling green space that offers a tranquil escape from the city’s hustle and bustle. Depending on the season, you might enjoy cherry blossoms, vibrant autumn leaves, or peaceful strolls along the pond.
In the afternoon, head to Yanaka, a charming neighborhood brimming with old Tokyo charm. Wander through its narrow alleys lined with locally owned shops, cozy cafés, and family-run food stalls. Discover hidden gems like retro candy stores and traditional handicraft shop.
Conclude your exploration with a visit to Nezu Shrine, a serene and historic Shinto shrine known for its beautiful torii gate pathway and lush surroundings. Take in the tranquil atmosphere and learn about Japan’s rich religious heritage.

Day 3 - Tokyo: Harajuku and Daikanyama
Meet your guide at Harajuku Station and walk through a tranquil forest to Meiji Jingu Shrine. Learn about Shinto customs and the shrine’s historical significance before enjoying lunch in the area.
Head to Shibuya for photos and, if interested, stop by Starbucks for a view of the iconic crossing.
Explore Daikanyama’s trendy shops and visit Tsutaya Books, one of the world’s best bookstores. Stop by a rare surviving traditional wooden home from pre-war Tokyo.

Day 4 - Yamanashi: Kawaguchiko
Take a train from Shinjuku Station from your hotel and get on an express train to Mt. Fuji Station.
Meet your local guide at the station and a private car will be ready to take you around the area for the day.
Explore the culturally significant and historical sites and unearth the hidden gems of Mt. Fuji, revealing secrets few tourists ever glimpse. Discover the perfect viewpoints of Mt. Fuji, away from the bustling crowds, for an uninterrupted panorama of its breathtaking beauty (weather dependent).

Day 5 - Kyoto: Geisha and Street Food Market
Embark on an enriching journey through Kyoto, starting withvisit to Kyoto’s oldest zen temple, where you can soak in the serene atmosphere and admire its historic architecture.
Explore the lively Nishiki Market, known as "Kyoto’s Kitchen", where you can sample local street food and find unique souvenirs for friends and family back home. Finally, take a stroll through Gion, Kyoto’s renowned traditional district, known for its beautifully preserved streets and historic charm.
Take a break at Starbucks which renovated an old authentic house. Enjoy shopping for souvenirs afterwards. There are many tiny shops along the street towards Yasaka pagoda.

Day 6 - Kyoto: Temples and Culture
Meet your guide for your historical tour today. Start with a traditional Japanese Buddhist temple where you will see 1000 statues of Kannon, the Buddhist goddess of mercy.
Afterwards, visit the famous temple in memory of a famous warlord, the temple features a zen garden and a small bamboo grove.
Visit Kiyomizu-dera, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, known for its massive wooden stage that overlooks the city and offers breathtaking seasonal views. On your way to the temple, stroll along the charming path lined with traditional shops and stalls offering local crafts, souvenirs, and treats, creating a delightful and authentic Kyoto experience.

Day 7 - Tokyo: Shimokitazawa
Breakfast at your accommodation. Check out of your hotel and take the bullet train back to Tokyo, enjoy the rest of your day around this area.
Visit Shimokitazawa, one of Tokyo’s bohemian neighborhoods. There is an eclectic district filled with vintage stores, record shops, live houses, grunge bars and local coffee shops.

Day 8 - Tour Ends: Departure from Japan
Check out of your hotel and take a private car to the airport. Finally, board your flight and depart Japan!

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows: 90+ days before departure: 80% refund, 20% deposit held as credit. 60-89 days before departure: 50% refund. 7-59 days before departure: 20% refund. Less than 7 days before departure: No refund. Once a tour is booked, no refund of deposit (20% of the total charge). Failure to make full payment within 30 days of your tour start date may result in cancellation without refund of the deposit. If your tour is canceled due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will refund all payments except the deposit. If inclement weather (e.g., a typhoon) disrupts your trip, we offer a ¥20,000 contribution to cover unexpected hotel or transport costs.
