Day 1 - Tokyo: Arrival in Japan
Arrive at the airport and transfer to hotel via private car.
Check-in to your hotel and experience an exclusive Omakase sushi dinner.

Day 2 - Matsumoto: Explore Matsumoto
Check out and transfer to Tokyo Station. Take the bullet train up north to Matsumoto and enjoy seeing the Japanese countryside from your window.
Arrive in the small town of Matsumoto which is famous for its national castle, samurai history, and traditional crafts. A private car will be waiting for you at the station to take you around for the day.
Dine on miso cuisine at the traditional brewery before going out to explore the Matsumoto Castle, one of only 12 original castles remaining in the country.
Enjoy a traditional Kaiseki dinner at your Ryokan.

Day 3 - Matsumoto: Hiking Day in Kamikochi.

Day 4 - Kawaguchiko: Explore Mt. Fuji and Kawaguchiko
Take a train from Matsumoto station from your hotel and get on an express train to Kofu station.
Meet your local guide at the station and a private car will be ready to take you around the area for the day.
Explore the culturally significant and historical sites and unearth the hidden gems of Mt. Fuji, revealing secrets few tourists ever glimpse. Discover the perfect viewpoints of Mt. Fuji, away from the bustling crowds, for an uninterrupted panorama of its breathtaking beauty (weather dependent).

Day 5 - Kawaguchiko: Golf Day

Day 6 - Kyoto: Zen Meditation Experience
Check out of your hotel and head to Mishima station by private car with your guide.
Start your tour in Kyoto with a visit to one of the city’s oldest Zen temples, where you can take in the calm surroundings and learn about its history in a Zen Meditation experience. Next, enjoy your free night in Kyoto.

Day 7 - Kyoto: Temples and Culture
Meet your guide at the hotel at 9AM and head out on a big day of sightseeing around eastern Kyoto.
Start the day with a visit to Higashiyama Jisho-ji (Ginkaku-ji), also known as the Silver Pavilion, to enjoy its iconic Zen architecture and meticulously maintained moss garden.
Visit Konchi-in Temple, then explore Nanzen-ji’s gardens and gates. Continue to Eikando Temple for city views, enjoy soba for lunch, and walk along the Philosopher’s Path from Kumano Nyakuoji-jinja to Reikan-ji Temple.
Afterward, head to the Kodai-ji Bamboo Grove, a peaceful bamboo forest hidden within the temple grounds. Walk through the tranquil bamboo-lined path, enjoying the calming rustling of the bamboo leaves and the quiet, meditative atmosphere.

Day 8 - Osaka: Day Trip to Osaka
Take a short train ride from Kyoto Station to Osaka Station (about 30 minutes).
Spend the day exploring the lively Shinsaibashi area, where you can immerse yourself in Osaka’s vibrant street food culture from sizzling takoyaki to savory okonomiyaki. This is the perfect place to eat like a local.

Day 9 - Tokyo: Shibuya, Omotesando and Harajuku
Check out from the hotel and take the bullet train from Kyoto Station to Tokyo Station.
Spend the afternoon exploring the Omotesando area and the backstreets of Harajuku, stroll through the tranquil neighborhoods behind the vibrant streets, enjoy some shopping, and pick up souvenirs.
Later, head to Shibuya Sky. Take the elevator up to the 47th floor to enjoy panoramic views from the observation deck. Then, unwind at the rooftop bar with a cozy seat and soak in the breathtaking city lights as night falls.

Day 10 - Tokyo: Kiyosumi Gardens, Monzen Nakacho, Blue Note Tokyo
Meet your guide and start your day with a visit to TeamLab In Toyosu then head to the peaceful stroll through Kiyosumi Gardens, a classic Edo-period landscape garden known for its beautifully arranged stepping stones, koi-filled ponds, and meticulously maintained greenery. Take in the calm atmosphere as you wander through this hidden gem in the heart of Tokyo.
Take time to explore the Tomioka Hachimangu Shrine, which showcases a fascinating blend of architectural styles and offers a peaceful contrast to the surrounding city streets.
From the shrine, enjoy a leisurely walk through the charming Monzen-Nakacho neighborhood, a local area known for its nostalgic atmosphere, lined with old-fashioned shops, cozy cafes, and traditional sweets stands. This is a great place to soak in the slower pace of local life, browse for souvenirs, or simply enjoy the inviting scent of freshly grilled senbei rice crackers wafting through the streets.
Finish your tour at Blue Note Tokyo, one of the world’s most iconic jazz clubs. Enjoy an unforgettable night of live music in an intimate, sophisticated setting.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows: 90+ days before departure: 80% refund, 20% deposit held as credit. 60-89 days before departure: 50% refund. 7-59 days before departure: 20% refund. Less than 7 days before departure: No refund. Once a tour is booked, no refund of deposit (20% of the total charge). Failure to make full payment within 30 days of your tour start date may result in cancellation without refund of the deposit. If your tour is canceled due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will refund all payments except the deposit. If inclement weather (e.g., a typhoon) disrupts your trip, we offer a ¥20,000 contribution to cover unexpected hotel or transport costs.
